
RUDA Issued ‘Proposal Request’ for Topaz Block Project

Thas recently announced the issuance of a Request for
a Proposal (RFP) for finance, own, design, build, operate, and maintain (DBFOM). This step is being
overviewed as quite significant for the development of a multi-billion dollar project that could hugely
contribute to the economy of Pakistan and the province.

The details reflect a real estate development project spanning over an approximate area of 12,500 acres.
The project is expected to be developed under the public-private partnership (PPP) model.
The entity is inviting interested parties for the procurement of the RFP documents with 1st March 2024
as the acquisition deadline. However, the submission deadline is 4th March 2024 by 15:00 hours.
The Topaz Block project is expected to offer a great economic opportunity for the public and private
sectors regarding development. The project after development will transform the area into a vibrant
community with considerable economic growth in the region. This will not only be fruitful for Pakistan
but also for the province.
