NOC and Planning Permission: December 2021 Update:
The District Council has issued a letter regarding the NOC of Blue World City Vide Letter No. 532/10/DC dated 07-08-2018. The Government resolved the jurisdiction conflict between Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) and the District after signing the 2021 Local Bodies Ordinance by Governor Punjab. According to this Ordinance, all the residential housing societies will be given approval from District Council. After all these deliberations, Blue World City was given due approval, due to which plot prices will also increase.
The NOC of the Blue World City is under the process of approval once again. The owners are positive that the NOC of the housing society will get approved soon.
