Dubai's New Residential Project to Offer Recreational Activities

Dubai: A new $1 Billion residential project is planned to span over 27 million square feet in South Dubai with a range of recreational activities including equestrian Sports and many more. This amazing project is brought by the “Discovery Land Company Middle East”. The residential venture is expected to offer around 340 plots and houses. It will also have Dubai`s first Tom Fazio -designed private Golf Course. Several other notable personalities such as Champalimaud, and Olson Kundig are also part of the designing team for this upcoming gem in the desert.

The company will be developing the project on Discovery Dunes and is expected to deliver in 2024. The Golf Course is hoped to be completed by the first quarter of 2025. CEO, Discovery Land Company Middle East, Mohammad Alwadhi said: “The project has been perfectly positioned for families with a specially curated outdoor pursuits programme where kids and parents alike can enjoy a wide range of activities such as equestrian sports, archery, zip-lining, lake swimming and much more”.
He further added that inhabitants of Dubai host a huge proportion of people looking for ultra-luxurious residential setups. He said, “Buyers are seeking villa communities that can deliver the highest level of luxury coupled with world-class amenities, offering them more than just a place to live - a way of life”.

The project is mainly focusing on developing inhabitant-centric facilities and amenities with a world-class golf course, organic farm for healthy food, and many other outdoor sports facilities setting apart the venture from other competitors in the market.
