This CDA had observed violation of terms and conditions and non-compliance thus leading to abrupt decision by the authority. The plots` locations are:
• 17 commercial plots located in Marakaz
• 7 plots in Class III shopping centres
• 2 plots in CDA Park Enclave
• 11 plots in industrial areas
• 11 plots in I&T sectors
The aim of this strict action was to uphold the agreed-upon terms and conditions by the signing parties. The CDA also highlighted that this action was the result of the failures and violations of agreed terms.
